Architect the substrate every Cyber product runs on. Identity, orchestration, data, and model-serving — built once, shared across the portfolio.

Mission

Cyber's edge is that we ship six AI-native products on a single substrate. You will own that substrate: the shared identity, data, and orchestration platform that lets a tiny team out-build whole companies.

What you'll do

• Architect and run the core platform: identity, event bus, vector + relational stores, model gateway, agent runtime.
• Define the contracts that let any Cyber product plug into the substrate in days, not quarters.
• Drive infrastructure cost, security, and compliance posture across the portfolio.
• Recruit and lead the infrastructure org. Set the engineering culture.
• Partner with subsidiary CTOs/Presidents on roadmap dependencies and tradeoffs.

Who you are

• Senior infrastructure leader who has built shared platforms used by multiple product teams.
• Deep experience with one or more of: Postgres at scale, event-driven systems, model serving, multi-tenant auth.
• Pragmatic about build vs. buy. Opinionated about boring technology.
• Comfortable being the technical adult in the room with both founders and investors.

• Prior experience as a founding engineer or staff+ at a platform company.
