IT Support Analyst

ThunderSoft

Provide technical support to end users via on-site, phone or remote channels, resolve computer hardware & software issues including installation, printing, email and operating system problems. High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in IT or engineering support 1+ years troubleshooting OS & software applications (root cause analysis, debugging) Physical Requirements Regular travel between campus buildings (up to 2 miles) Able to lift and install equipment up to 40 lbs Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT relevant field Key Responsibilities Deliver 1st/2nd line support for devices, applications and products; troubleshoot routine and medium-complexity issues Follow SOPs, document incidents and solutions, **escalate** issues properly Communicate progress and risks to project leads Contribute to internal knowledge base Complete assigned technical tasks and support team KPIs Continuously improve technical capabilities through training Working Scope Work under close supervision. Resolve issues following documented procedures; apply logical reasoning and flexible thinking to handle technical challenges. #J-18808-Ljbffr ThunderSoft
