6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend requirement, holiday support.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical care skills, including hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management. This role involves assisting providers with bedside procedures and requires advanced critical thinking and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Medical ICU setting.
• Monitor and manage patient hemodynamic status.
• Oversee ventilator management and critical care pharmacology.
• Assist with bedside procedures as necessary.
• Conduct bedside shift reports to ensure quality communication.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Medical ICU experience in a large facility.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.
• Advanced skills in critical care management, including IV sedation and central line management.
