Job Overview We are looking for a technical-oriented sales professional stationed in Rolling Meadows (Chicago area) to expand and manage the company’s HVAC and industrial cooling market business in the United States. This role is mainly responsible for customer development, technical solution matching, business negotiation and after-sales technical support, serving top-tier HVAC and temperature control equipment manufacturers. The ideal candidate shall have in-depth knowledge of HVAC fan and cooling system products, mature industry customer resources and solid technical sales capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and deepen cooperative relationships with key U.S. clients, focusing on well-known HVAC brands such as Trane, Daikin and other mainstream temperature control equipment manufacturers. Provide professional technical sales support: conduct product introduction, technical parameter matching, solution customization and on-site technical communication according to customers’ actual demands for HVAC and cooling systems. Track market trends, customer demands and competitor dynamics in the U.S. HVAC and industrial ventilation industry, feed back valid market information to headquarters, and assist in optimizing localized product design and sales strategies. Achieve assigned sales targets, follow up the whole process of order negotiation, signing, delivery and after-sales docking, and maintain stable, long-term and win-win business cooperation with customers. Carry out local customer visits, technical roadshows and industry exhibition participation in Chicago and the U.S. regional market to expand brand influence and accumulate high-quality customer resources. Qualifications & Requirements Professional Background : Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines is preferred. Work Experience : Total working experience within 20 years; rich technical sales experience in the HVAC industry is a mandatory requirement. Client Resources : Familiar with the supply chain and operation rules of mainstream U.S. HVAC manufacturers; prior working experience or existing customer resources with Daikin, Trane and other top HVAC brands is highly preferred. Technical Competency : Familiar with the technical principles, performance parameters and application scenarios of ventilation fans, EC fans and cooling & ventilation systems, capable of independently designing and providing professional technical solutions for customers. Core Competencies : Possess strong technical communication, business negotiation and market development capabilities, with customer-oriented service awareness and acute market insight.
