Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Charge experience - Patient ratio experience - Experience with charting systems Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in the Intensive Care Unit. The nurse will provide care to patients in a critical condition. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU. Experience in a Level I trauma center is preferred. The nurse will be responsible for managing arterial lines and central lines. Required skills include ventilator management and interpreting arterial blood gases. The role may involve assisting with various procedures and administering emergency medications. The nurse will participate in interdisciplinary support teams. Float to other units may be required as necessary.
