We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Front of House (Service) Manager to lead a vibrant, high-energy full-service restaurant and bar in Topeka. This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to shape culture, mentor future leaders, collaborate directly with ownership, and drive meaningful growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations with a strong, visible floor presence
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team
• Drive sales growth, guest satisfaction, and bottom-line results
• Protect and elevate brand standards through operational excellence
• Manage labor, bar inventory, and all controllable expenses
• Oversee scheduling, financial performance, and KPI accountability
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized environment
• Actively engage in the Topeka community, supporting AIM’s mission of giving back and strengthening our city

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
• Background in a high-volume full-service or polished fast-casual concept
• Proven ability to build culture, develop leaders, and retain top talent
• Decisive leadership style balanced with humility and collaboration
• High standards, high energy, and personal accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000—$55,000 base salary (based on experience)
