Position: Executive Chef As an Executive Chef you are the culinary leader responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and operational excellence. You guide the kitchen team to execute bartaco's standards with precision, maintain smooth operations, uphold the brand, and drive guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead the kitchen team, embodying bartaco’s leadership principles. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and standards. Ensure consistent execution of bartaco's culinary standards across every dish. Maintain deep knowledge of recipes and procedures for operational consistency. Oversee inventory management, AVT analysis, ordering, and problem resolution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Support the General Manager in optimizing kitchen operations. Maintain standards of taste, presentation, and quality that bartaco is known for. Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team, promoting accountability. Communicate effectively around rollouts and team readiness. Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to keep the team aligned and motivated. Demonstrate strong business acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth.
