Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to solve problems quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Desire to expand knowledge and continue improving. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Ability to solve practical problems and be dependable. A Day in the Life Daily administration of the Salesforce tickets and phone queue. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with business partners. Collaborate with the team to test solutions and Learning & Development: Complete courses on current products and solutions to stay up to date with company needs. Office Participation: full-time on-site presence with opportunity for hybrid working schedule after training period. #J-18808-Ljbffr
