Business Development Manager- Commercial Landscape Construction

Commercial Construction Project ManagerResponsible for winning new commercial construction projects by building relationships with general contractors and developers and positioning the company to secure landscape, hardscape and irrigation construction scopes. Key responsibilities include:Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and developersIdentify upcoming commercial construction projects earlyPosition the company to win landscape, hardscape and irrigation construction workCoordinate with estimating and operations throughout the bid processTrack opportunities from identification through project awardSupport repeat construction awards through strong GC relationshipsIdeal background includes:3+ years experience in commercial construction or construction-related business developmentFamiliarity with construction bidding and preconstruction processesProven ability to develop GC and developer relationshipsJacksonville market experience preferredLandscape, hardscape, irrigation, or site-work experience a plusBenefits: 401K, health care (65% employer/35 employee split), vacation, holidays, Aflac, dental, company vehicle
