Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: Competitive base salary between $257,000 and $286,000 annually
• Bonuses and Incentives: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, productivity bonus based on wRVUs
• Additional Benefits: Student loan repayment up to $24,000, potential relocation support, retirement options, medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, generous CME allowance, paid malpractice coverage
• Schedule: Monday-Friday with after-hours on-call rotation

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic treatments
• Manage a diverse patient population across all ages
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practitioners in a supportive environment
• Lead and develop patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth's mission
• Utilize lab and imaging services nearby to deliver timely, thorough care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
• Contribute to community health programs and outreach

What You Need

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine
• Active Colorado medical license or eligible to obtain one
• Ability to complete residency training

• Experience in a collaborative healthcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
