Permanent | Full-Time | Physician Internal Medicine

An established primary care practice in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, team-based environment. This opportunity offers strong specialty support and access to a large regional physician network.

36 patient-facing hours per week

Ability to empanel patients quickly
Work alongside nearly 1,900 physicians across the system
Regional phone-only call with minimal weekend coverage

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED (must complete residency)
Colorado License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
DEA (must obtain prior to start) REQUIRED
Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) REQUIRED
Clean malpractice Highly Preferred
Visa Candidates NOT ACCEPTED
Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates
Permanent Placement Fee: $25,000 REQUIRED acknowledgement
Must confirm candidate has not applied directly

Base Salary: $287,000 $319,000 annually
