Location: Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Salary: $180,000 $190,000

A well-established adult primary care practice in Canarsie, Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This role is designed for a provider who is comfortable working in a high-volume environment and is looking to be part of a fast-paced, efficient practice.

Very Important Patient Volume Expectation

This position requires the provider to see a high volume of patients daily, with an expected average of:

• 30 35 patients per day

This is a key requirement. Candidates must be comfortable managing a busy schedule while maintaining quality care and efficiency.

Position Overview

The provider will focus on adult primary care in an outpatient setting. You will be supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant, allowing you to stay efficient and focused on patient care. The practice uses eClinicalWorks (ECW).

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive adult primary care services Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform physicals, follow-ups, and preventive visits Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (ECW) Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Collaborate with staff to maintain strong patient flow

Requirements

Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license Active Medicaid ID required Strong experience in primary care required Must be comfortable seeing 3035 patients per day Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and efficiency
