HR Generalist

Human Resources Generalist In this role, you will lead learning and development initiatives across the organization while partnering with leaders to build employee skills, strengthen engagement, and support long-term business success. This position also serves as an HR Generalist, providing support across a variety of HR functions as needed. Position Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course creation, updates, user registration, and reporting. Maintain accurate training records and generate reports to measure learning effectiveness and knowledge transfer. Train managers on LMS functionality, including documenting on-the-job training (OJT). Facilitate classroom, virtual, and train-the-trainer sessions. Coordinate and deliver new hire onboarding training in partnership with hiring managers. Manage end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, materials, travel, facilities, rooms, calendar invitations, and communications. Ensure timely distribution of training materials related to product updates, system enhancements, and policy changes. Maintain version control of training materials and ensure real-time updates across programs. Collaborate with HR and department leaders to assess organizational training needs and develop comprehensive training plans. Design and deliver learning programs across multiple modalities, including instructor-led classroom settings, fully virtual, and blended learning. Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to develop effective training solutions. Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create technical and product training, as well as safety training in a manufacturing environment.
