Focused on optimizing paid media campaigns, the full-time Senior Paid Media Buyer will manage ad accounts across various platforms, ensuring performance ownership and collaboration with creative teams in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Run weekly account optimizations and maintain a creative testing cadence across all platforms owned Build, launch, and optimize campaigns while continuously auditing accounts for performance improvements Lead routine reporting on account performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in buying paid media at scale, particularly with Meta and Google platforms Proven expertise in scaling DTC/ecommerce brands through paid acquisition Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as Sheets/Excel and GA4 Experience operating in direct-response environments focused on spend efficiency and creative performance Ability to navigate attribution complexities and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
