This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.
Our client is seeking a Paid Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across a growing portfolio of legal client accounts. The organization is focused on delivering measurable lead generation results through performance marketing, data-driven optimization, and high-quality creative execution. As the client portfolio expands, they are looking for a proactive marketing professional who can take ownership of Meta Ads performance while collaborating closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams.
The Paid Media Buyer will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads for multiple legal client accounts. The Paid Media Buyer will oversee campaign execution, budget management, creative testing, reporting, and performance optimization while collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve lead generation results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with creative execution and is comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.

Paid Media Management & CPL Optimization
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, and day-to-day optimization across Meta Ads accounts.
- Oversee monthly advertising budgets exceeding $20,000 per account.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
- Expand campaigns into additional paid channels such as TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads as business needs evolve.
- Ensure campaigns comply with advertising platform policies and industry regulations.
Creative & Copy Development
- Develop high-performing static and video advertisements.
- Create and optimize creative assets using Canva, AI tools, and other creative platforms.
- Source User-Generated Content (UGC) creators or implement AI-generated UGC where appropriate.
- Write compelling ad copy, hooks, headlines, and voice-over scripts.
- Develop custom creative concepts that support continuous testing and optimization.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Track key metrics including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Build dashboards and provide actionable performance insights.
- Identify campaign issues and proactively recommend optimization strategies.
Client Communication & Collaboration
- Provide campaign updates to account managers and clients.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and content teams to align campaign execution.
- Coordinate creative refresh cycles and reporting initiatives.
- Support successful communication between internal teams and clients.
AI-Enabled Optimization
- Utilize AI tools to improve audience segmentation, campaign testing, and reporting.
- Identify automation opportunities that improve campaign efficiency.
- Leverage AI-powered workflows to streamline repetitive marketing tasks.
Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads or paid digital media campaigns.
- Experience managing advertising budgets of $20,000+ per month per account .
- Experience optimizing paid media campaigns for lead generation.
- Experience conducting A/B testing across paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience creating or collaborating on UGC and paid social creatives.
- Experience in personal injury, financial services, or local service lead generation is preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads campaign management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent copywriting skills for paid advertising.
- Ability to develop creative concepts that improve campaign performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience with Canva.
- Experience with AI content generation tools.
- Experience with Claude.
- Experience with Grok.
- Experience with n8n.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads is preferred.
