The Outside Sales Representativeis responsible forgenerating leads, building strong relationships with inspection clients, and driving sales growth alongside the branch office. This role serves as a key representative of the company, promoting inspection services while providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals. Candidates will receive support from a team with strong technicalexpertisein the Fire Protection and Security industry, so prior industry experience is helpful but notrequired. The position focuses on developing new client relationships and onboarding customers in the Corning, NY area. What You Will Do (3-5) Leadthe promotion of mandatory firesprinkler, firealarm, specialhazardsand fire extinguisher inspections Takea proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation byleveragingcold calling, networking, and referrals toidentifynew opportunities Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding theirneedsand providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty Execute comprehensive site surveys, negotiate inspection agreements, and secure signed customer contracts to driveinspection business. Collaborate with the Corporate Inspection Sales Leader (Team Lead) and branch office to develop effective sales strategies,establishambitious goals, andattainrevenue and margin targets. Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation in collaboration with Corporate Inspection Sales Leader and branch Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance industry knowledge and refinesales Basic Requirements Proventrack recordof success in outside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office products High school diploma / GEDrequired, degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers at all levels Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team while managing time efficiently. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Benefits and Compensation: The pay range is $60,000-$80,000 , depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an incentive plan,annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
