Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary and high school students in Stafford, VA, during the 2026–2027 school year. Position Overview Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy services to support students' academic, social, and functional communication goals. Partner with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Support students in developing functional communication, self-advocacy, and language skills that promote academic success and independence. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist License ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working in a secondary school setting or with adolescents highly preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
