J OB SUMMARY

R esponsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to a designated group of patients.

M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Registered Nurse with a license to practice professional nursing in the state of Pennsylvania or a Registered Nurse from another state with a Temporary PA Practice Permit

6 months of experience working as a RN

3 years of critical care or emergency department experience required

C urrent Pennsylvania Prehospital Registered Nurse (PHRN) Certification required

A CLS certification required

P HYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*

Able to stand frequently; walk occasionally; sit frequently.

A ble to lift/carry 0-10 frequently; 11-100+ lbs occasionally.

A ble to push 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs occasionally.

A ble to pull 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-100 lbs occasionally.

A ble to climb occasionally; reach constantly.

A ble to use hands for simple/firm grasping.
