Customer Relations RepresentativeOur State Farm agency is seeking a dependable, creative, and detail-oriented Customer Relations Representative to help support our community outreach and social media presence. In this role, you'll help build our local brand by managing our social media content, representing the agency at community events, and assisting with event prep.Key responsibilities include:Create and schedule engaging content for social media platformsHelp coordinate and attend community events and sponsorshipsAssist with marketing materials, giveaways, and event logisticsRepresent the agency in a positive and professional mannerThis role is ideal for someone who's organized, enjoys working in a team environment, and is comfortable jumping in where needed to support a variety of tasks.Requirements include:Strong communication and time management skillsFamiliarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)Creative mindset with attention to detailReliable transportation for running local errandsAbility to represent the agency professionally in the communityMust reside in IdahoSchedule:Full-time hours if local to our AgencyOpen to part-time hours if residing in Idaho, but not local to our AgencyFlexible work from home options available.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
