Hiring: Service Advisor

• Pay: Base plus Commission
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and one Saturday per month 9am-4pm

What You'll Do

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems, and communicate findings to customers
• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repairs and maintenance
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient completion of work
• Manage customer interactions, including handling complaints and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and maintenance

What You'll Bring

• Bilingual REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills
• Automotive service experience preferred
• Familiarity with dealership management systems
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
