Graphic Designer for AI Model Training [Remote]

This role offers the opportunity to utilize your graphic design expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping how AI models learn and perform, providing high-quality, real-world input that enhances their capabilities. No prior experience in AI is necessary; your domain knowledge and design skills are what matter most.

• Edit and transform provided documents to create visually distinct and compliant designs.
• Redesign pitch decks and presentations, ensuring a fresh and polished look while maintaining content integrity.
• Leverage your expertise in PowerPoint and other design tools to elevate the overall visual impact of slides and documents.
• Utilize advanced graphic design techniques to reformat layouts, update color schemes, and incorporate branding guidelines as needed.
• Collaborate with the customer''s team to understand project requirements and deliver timely, high-quality results.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high visual standards and are consistent with professional, corporate expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices for presentation and pitch deck design, integrating industry trends into your work.

• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Demonstrated experience designing and transforming pitch decks, presentations, or corporate documents for major firms.
• Meticulous attention to visual detail, layout, and consistency across multiple deliverables.
• Ability to make impactful visual changes without altering the underlying message or content of documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and clarify project requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience working with branding guidelines and ensuring visual compliance.

• Prior experience as a Presentation Specialist at firms like McKinsey, BCG, or Deloitte.
• Background in pitch deck design for startups, VCs, or corporate clients.
• Understanding of current trends and best practices in corporate and investor presentation design.
