Business Development Representative

Description Position at Dealer Car Search LeadVenture is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! In this fast‑paced role, you’ll focus heavily on high‑volume outreach, including prospecting and cold calling, while gathering valuable customer insights. You’ll serve as the first point of contact between potential clients and our sales team, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities. This is an in‑office role based in our Louisville, KY office. After successfully completing a 90‑day training period and meeting quota, there is an opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule. We’re looking for motivated, driven individuals who are eager to succeed, ready to jump into a sales environment, and excited to contribute to our continued growth. Here is more of what you’ll get to do: Growth and Development of Industry Accounts Cold calling and Lead Generation Overcome Objections Enthusiastically Deliver Rebuttals Follow Proven Sales System You’ll thrive in this role if you have: 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred. Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Salesforce Lead generation/cold calling experience Associates degree preferred (but not required) Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand‑off of Territory Manager. Able to excel in a high‑volume work environment. Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners. Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc. Employee Benefits & Earnings Full Coverage Health Insurance Company 401K Match $3,500 Sign‑on Bonus Open & Flexible Vacation Policy (including Sick leave) Base Salary of $40,000 plus commission, with On Target Earnings up to $55,000 a year.
