Job Position(s) *as of May 1, 2026: Ship Fitters Pipe Fitters Pipe Welders Structural Welders Locations: Pascagoula, Mississippi & Mobile, Alabama About Us: Phoenix Labor Group is a leading provider of innovative shipbuilding and heavy industry solutions, committed to delivering high-quality services that support the maritime and industrial sectors. We seek dedicated professionals with at least 3 years of shipbuilding or industrial experience to join our team. If you have relevant industry experience, we encourage you to apply. General Requirements for All Trades: 3 years of experience in a shipyard or industrial setting. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures *Must successfully pass a hands-on provisional test, drug test, and background test (if applicable). Pay: Varies based on experience, position, and location.
