Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent

Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Noble Group office and various locations Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal and company standards Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions Stay current with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice to clients Qualifications Valid real estate sales agent license in the state of Virginia Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in real estate software and MLS systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets High level of professionalism and ethical standards Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Familiarity with Noble Group’s service area (Vienna, VA and surrounding regions) is a plus About-our-team We are powered by PLACE, a broker-agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers.
