Senior Accountant – Manufacturing | On-Site | Growth-Focused Role
\nCompensation: Competitive salary + 401k (3-4% match) + profit sharing (3-4%)
\nSchedule: On-site, Monday–Friday ( very flexible with times and time off)

\n \nAs we continue to grow, we are adding a Senior Accountant to our accounting team to support financial operations and enhance processes . This is a newly created role , offering the chance to step in as a go-to leader (without direct management responsibilities) and play a key role in financial reporting, standard costing, and process improvements.

\n \nYour Role: Senior Accountant
\nAs a Senior Accountant , you will be a key player in our accounting and finance team , supporting daily financial operations and driving efficiencies . You’ll work closely with the Accounting Manager, Staff Accountant, and clerks to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and continuous improvement in processes.
\n \nCore Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end close , bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and journal entries \n
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance \n
- Lead invoice auditing and support AP/AR oversight \n
- Support cost accounting functions – standard costing, purchase price variance (PPV), and inventory reconciliation \n
- Work with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and ensure costing accuracy \n
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP ( D365 experience a plus!) \n
What We’re Looking For:
\n✅ 5+ years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing)
\n✅ Strong understanding of cost accounting, BOMs, and inventory reconciliation
\n✅ Proven ability to drive process improvements and bring in fresh ideas
\n✅ Tech-savvy – Comfortable using ERP systems, Excel, and automation tools
\n✅ Longevity & Stability – A track record of commitment and growth in previous roles
\n✅ Team-Oriented Mindset – Able to step in as a go-to leader without direct management responsibilities
