About The Role The role owns core financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance frameworks, ensuring all accounting practices strictly adhere to US GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations. The team relies on this position to drive month-end closes, manage external audit processes, and deliver precise financial insights that guide strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in compliance with US GAAP Design, implement, and maintain robust SOX internal controls across financial reporting workflows Partner with external auditors and manage deliverables for SEC filings and annual financial audits Automate accounting operations using modern ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial data tools Perform variance analysis and present monthly financial performance reports to corporate leadership Ensure ongoing compliance with evolving regulatory standards and accounting pronouncements What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience in corporate environments or public accounting Active CPA license required with a strong foundation in US GAAP and SOX compliance frameworks Demonstrated expertise with major ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, or SAP) and advanced financial modeling Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills Bonus: Experience within a high-growth technology company and familiarity with SEC reporting requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
