No industry experience? No problem. We provide paid training and equip you with everything you need to succeed while servicing an established customer route throughout the Los Angeles area.

Every day is different as you travel throughout your assigned territory serving restaurants and commercial kitchens.

Your responsibilities include:

• Service an established customer route
• Deliver and replenish cleaning and sanitation products
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services when appropriate
• Operate a company vehicle throughout the workday

✔ Starting pay of $24/hour

✔ Typical 45-hour workweek with overtime opportunities

✔ Estimated first-year earnings of $49,920–$59,280

✔ Monday–Friday schedule

✔ Company vehicle provided during business hours

This position is designed as a stepping stone into our Service & Sales Representative role.

Many employees are promoted from this position after developing their route management and customer relationship skills. First-year Service & Sales Representatives typically earn $75,000–$85,000+ , with additional growth opportunities available through performance.

• Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) during your first year
• Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours annually

• Has a valid driver's license (minimum 3 years)
• Can participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately one weekday each month and one weekend every 5–6 weeks)
