Compensation:

$155,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up to build lasting relationships.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings.
• Conduct property tours and open houses, showcasing properties to prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn and implement effective sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and transaction details to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A real estate license is required to work with clients and earn commissions.

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to connect with clients and team members.

• Proven track record of being organized and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth transaction processes.

• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn to efficiently manage leads and client interactions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, learning from experienced agents and contributing to shared goals.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt, participating actively in training sessions and team meetings.

• Possession of a valid real estate license or commitment to obtaining one promptly to meet industry requirements.
