Senior Accountant

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant in Grand Rapids, MI. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support accounting operations, reconciliations, financial reporting accuracy, and process improvements across a rapidly expanding business platform. What You\'ll Do: Partner with operating teams to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial data Support general ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting activities Assist with system conversions and validation of accounting balances Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects Collaborate closely with finance leadership in a team-oriented environment Why Consider This Role Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) match Opportunity to grow within an expanding organization Supportive culture focused on integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning Requirements Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of accounting or financial operations experience Experience with accounting or operational management systems Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a collaborative mindset Candidate must have Applied Epic, TAM and/or AMS360 Candidate must be commutable to Grand Rapids MI or 2 days onsite The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
