Home Care Scheduling Coordinator

Addus Family Company is seeking a Home Care Service Coordinator to manage daily caregiver schedules for elderly and disabled clients receiving in-home support. In this role, you will coordinate visits, match caregivers to client needs, and quickly resolve schedule changes to ensure safe, reliable care. You will work closely with clinical and office teams, maintain accurate records in scheduling systems, and communicate clearly with clients, families, and caregivers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on compassion, respect, and quality care.
