Home Care Scheduling Coordinator

Addus Family Company seeks a Home Care Service Coordinator to support our mission of helping seniors and individuals with chronic conditions remain safely at home. In this role, you will manage daily scheduling of home care visits, matching caregivers to client needs while balancing availability, skills, and travel. You’ll communicate frequently with clients, families, and caregivers, update schedules in our systems, and help ensure compliance and quality standards.
