Job-ID29240112Reference26-25487Title: Workday Adaptive Planning/Full Stack Developer Location: Atlanta, Charlotte, Winston Salem, Greensboro, NC, Richmond, Orlando – Remote till its contract, 100% onsite post conversion Description: Business Initiative/Purpose: (Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work) To support the 2027 Business Requirements for Strategic Initiatives. Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required) Masters or Equivalent. Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing) Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications. Build responsive front-end solutions and scalable backend services. Develop REST APIs and microservices. Implement secure, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions. Participate in application architecture and design discussions. Develop and support integrations between enterprise applications. Build and maintain data pipelines and interfaces. Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions. Assist with cloud modernization and automation initiatives Support HR technology platforms including Workday, Adaptive Planning, payroll, talent, and workforce management applications. Learn and configure Adaptive Planning modules as part of ongoing cross-training. Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.) 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience. Experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks. Strong proficiency in Web applications, Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies. Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices. Strong SQL and database development skills. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices. Cloud experience (Azure or AWS). Preferred Skills: Experience with enterprise SaaS applications. Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Experience with HR, Finance, Payroll, or Workforce applications. Knowledge of data integration platforms and ETL processes. Exposure to analytics, reporting, and dashboard development. Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.) Experience using Rally Agile tool. Ability to adapt and flexible for learning new tools/languages.
