How you'll make an impact

• Lead business development activities focused on the FACTS market segment in the U.S.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and proposal teams to craft winning solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management, Bids & Proposals, or Business Development in FACTS applications.
• Proven success in client engagement and revenue growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel extensivelyup to 4050% domestically and internationally.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
