As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and positive onboarding experience for new hires. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and creating outstanding candidate experiences.What You'll DoServe as a key onboarding resource, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through day one.Coordinate and complete all pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including background checks, verifications, and required documentation.Manage the collection, processing, and tracking of new hire paperwork while maintaining compliance and accuracy.Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and internal partners throughout the hiring process.Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to support efficient, compliant, and candidate-focused hiring practices.Maintain and validate employee and onboarding data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Educate candidates and hiring teams on onboarding processes, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.Identify process improvement opportunities, meet established performance metrics, and contribute to continuous enhancement of the onboarding experience.What Makes You SuccessfulYou genuinely care about creating an outstanding experience for candidates.You are highly organized and enjoy managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with people at all levels.You have strong attention to detail and take pride in accuracy.You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and finding ways to make things better.You are collaborative, dependable, and motivated by helping others succeed.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Previous onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR administration, customer service, or related experience preferred.Prior experience supporting employee onboarding processes is highly valued.Experience working within an HRIS, preferably ADP Lyric HCM, is strongly preferred.Experience managing employment eligibility verification processes, including ADP eI-9, is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet-based applications.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on candidate experience.Why Join Us?This is more than an administrative role.
