Director, Integrated Partnerships, Clinical Product

• Lead strategic relationship and lifecycle management for a portfolio of external clinical vendor partnerships and solutions
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product management and partnership professionals
• Own Cigna Healthcare’s Digital Health Formulary strategy, governance processes, evaluation framework, and ongoing portfolio management
• Develop and execute multi-year strategies and roadmaps for existing and future integrated partnerships
• Build business cases and investment recommendations for partnership expansion, new capabilities, and strategic growth opportunities
• Participate in vendor selection, due diligence, and cross-functional evaluation processes
• Establish vendor performance management practices, including governance structures, scorecards, and accountability frameworks
• Identify opportunities to enhance, reposition, expand, or sunset existing partnerships
• Conduct executive governance meetings and quarterly business reviews
• Define success metrics, measure outcomes, evaluate return on investment, and identify optimization opportunities with Analytics teams
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Digital, and Implementation teams on onboarding, integration, and scaling partner solutions
• Partner with Go-to-Market, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams on solution positioning, commercialization, pipeline management, and client engagement
• Create a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, product management, vendor management, consulting, clinical program management, or related leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience managing complex external partnerships, vendor relationships, strategic portfolios, or large-scale healthcare initiatives
• Strong analytical and business acumen with experience evaluating investments, outcomes, business cases, and return on investment
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor relationships, including performance management, contract oversight, and governance activities
• Strong product management discipline and experience leading solutions from strategy through implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management, in partnership with operations and technology teams
• Experience translating strategic concepts into actionable plans and measurable business results
• People leadership experience with responsibility for developing and managing teams
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across highly matrixed organizations
• Experience with digital health vendors, specialty care solutions, centers of excellence, care management, or population health programs
• Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored healthcare benefits, healthcare affordability drivers, and cost containment strategies
• Experience working with healthcare vendor contracting, procurement processes, and partnership governance models
• Experience developing and presenting executive-level business cases, investment recommendations, and performance reviews
• Experience partnering with clinical leaders, analytics teams, network organizations, and technology teams to deliver integrated healthcare solutions
• Familiarity with digital health ecosystems, healthcare innovation, and emerging clinical partnership models focused on improving outcomes and reducing high-cost claims
