General Surgery Opportunity

• Looking for a skilled general surgeon with a focus on essential procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $476,000 for the first two years, with additional production incentives.
• Sign-on bonus of $70,000.
• Longevity bonus of $30,000 after three years of service.
