Total Compensation: $376,700

Location: Cedar Falls / Waterloo

The total compensation for this role is $376,700, which includes a base salary of $286,700 and an additional $90,000 in bonuses.

This position offers a daytime schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekends . It features a high-autonomy practice with a focus on essential cases, all within a non-profit health system.

About the Role

We are looking for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our well-established, physician-led anesthesia team at our organization. • High-autonomy role for CRNAs
• Collaborative team of MDs and CRNAs
• Efficient operating rooms supported by experienced staff

• No open-heart surgery cases

• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• Spine
• ENT
• Urology
• Pediatrics
• OB
• Bariatrics
• Podiatry

• Interventional radiology
• Neurosurgery (spine only)
• EP lab

Compensation & Benefits

The total compensation package includes:

• $376,700 total compensation
• $286,700 base salary
• $90,000 in bonuses
