Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager Technical Platform Management to lead R&D Advanced Computing initiatives focused on digital imaging technologies. The role combines technology strategy, platform deployment, and team leadership across multiple global locations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute technology strategies and roadmaps for digital imaging platforms across pharmaceutical R&D
Build and maintain partnerships with business stakeholders across multiple scientific and data disciplines
Assess opportunities for digital imaging technology impact and drive implementation of platform capabilities
Lead the team's technology stack development including infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment orchestration
Provide organizational leadership, mentoring, and support to direct reports and broader teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field
Minimum 6 years of industry experience in technology or platform management
Experience with cloud computing and modern technology stacks
Demonstrated leadership capability and team development skills
Knowledge of digital imaging, pathology, radiology, or clinical imaging domains
Understanding of containerization, serverless, and AI/machine learning technologies
