Account Executive – Security Business Unit Pavion Connects and Protects by providing innovative fire, security, and communication integration solutions to customers across 70+ U.S. locations and 22 countries. Our mission is to bring clarity and transformation to safety, security, and communication through integral technology and radical service. Primary Responsibilities Proactively identify and acquire new buildings in the competitive Bay Area market, leveraging self‑generated leads and established industry relationships. Cultivate and maintain positive and long‑lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Devise and execute comprehensive proposals tailored to each client's unique requirements and preferences, showcasing the organization’s capabilities and value proposition. Efficiently and accurately process and manage new work orders to ensure seamless execution of projects. Work cross‑functionally, collaborating with engineering, project management, and service teams to provide white‑glove treatment from pitch to post‑install. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years in Security/Fire Alarm Sales, with a proven track record of establishing valuable connections within the construction industry. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CA Building Codes and NFPA 72 regulations. Adeptness in using software tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM systems to streamline operations. Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, familiarity with CRM software).
