What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services in a clinic setting
• Conduct patient assessments, including history taking and physical exams
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient encounters
• Support bilingual communication to serve a broader patient demographic

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license for the state of New Mexico
• Prior clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) optional but preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
