AP Specialist

Location Tigard, OR (On-site) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $50,000-$55,000 Annual discretionary bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and retirement benefits Stable company with continued growth and long-term career opportunities Collaborative team with supportive leadership Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time Perform credit card and expense reconciliations Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor setup Partner with internal teams to collect receipts and supporting documentation Support accounts payable processes while providing excellent customer service to employees and vendors Assist with process improvements and ensure accuracy of financial records Qualifications Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a related accounting role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Process-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Construction industry experience is a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
