Supplier Dev Engineer II

As a Supplier Dev Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will hold a critical role responsible for driving the optimization and improvement of our organization's supplier base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement supplier development strategies that improve supplier performance and capabilities. Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 3+ years of experience in supplier development, engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of supplier development processes, quality control, and supplier performance metrics. Experience with supplier audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Minitab, or other quality and supplier management software.

WE VALUE

Advanced degree in engineering or related technical field such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
