Procurement Associate

Procurement Associate Full‑time, Contract to possible hire – 6 months Location: Everett, WA 98204 Responsibilities Carry out procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis. Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest. Prepare purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate prices to ensure the procurement process runs smoothly, under general guidance. Compile price proposals, financial reports, and other data to provide input on reasonable prices. Prepare requests for proposals (RFP) and bid packages for new accounts. Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Purchasing & Procurement without a bachelor’s degree OR 7+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing with a bachelor’s degree. Experience managing parts purchasing projects. Some program management background. Experience using ERP or SAP systems. Aerospace background. Position is open only to applicants who can be engaged on a W‑2 basis.
