HAACI3-Procurement Agent 3 - H21-Supplier Operations and Performance

Job Title

Manage, evaluate, and drive overall supplier performance to meet established expectations by developing strong professional relationships across the supply base, with customers, and among enterprise stakeholders - Provide clear direction and guidance to suppliers; enforcing compliance with contractual and operational requirements - Lead root-cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive actions with suppliers; oversee contested warranty claims and related resolution activities; oversee assertions - Communicate timely, actionable performance-to-plan updates to leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers using clear, concise verbal and written communication

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years experience in supply chain processes
• 5+ years of experience in negotiations, proposals, or contract evaluations
• 5+ years of multi tasking
• Ability to travel domestically
