Procurement Agent - Everett, WA

Position Overview Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) in the North America Secondary Structure team located in Everett, Washington. The role supports external and internal organizations by managing suppliers worldwide, providing contraction and procurement support in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and complete negotiation strategies leading to contractual documents and binding agreements. Negotiate pricing, contract terms and conditions. Integrate program, customer, product, and in‑service strategies into negotiation and contracting strategies. Provide oversight and contract management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance. Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions. Proactively communicate with leadership team, peers, and customers, including preparation and presentation of business vision, supplier strategies, program/project status. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience working with Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW). 1+ year of experience in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and other common data‑analysis tools. Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10%. Preferred Qualifications Level 3: 5+ years of experience working with SSOW. 5+ years of experience in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and other common data‑analysis tools. 2+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations. 1+ year of experience drafting contracts or legal documents. 1+ year of experience working and leading projects. Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Minimum Education Required High School / GED. Location & Work Requirements Everett, Washington. 100% onsite.
