Strengthen your community.As Branch Supervisor, you'll guide daily operations, support a motivated team, and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. You'll work hands-on to connect strategy with action, encourage learning and growth, and keep the branch running safely and smoothly.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PMResponsibilities:Provide leadership for the organization's customer-facing associates and branch functionsDevelop a team with a focus on customer service, policy and strategy implementationRun the overall operation of a branch location including hiring, coaching, and scheduling of employees to ensure efficient and quality branch operationsMaintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the branchBuild and maintain an environment of engagement by listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers and implementing solutions to solve problemsAnalyze store data and identify areas of opportunity, and implement solutions to continuously improve the overall performance of the locationPerforms all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and proceduresQualifications:Experience leading teams in sales and operationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBilingual in Spanish is strongly preferredComfort with financials and using data to guide decisionsA collaborative, coaching-focused leadership styleA track record of building team trust and consistencyClear, calm problem-solving—even when things move fastFamiliarity with process improvement and day-to-day executionInsight into the local market and what matters to your customersValid state issued license is requiredAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
