Caregiver – Home Health | San Francisco, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Contract-to-Hire

✔ Monday–Friday schedule – No nights!
✔ 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours per week)
✔ Contract-to-hire (3–6 months) with excellent potential to become permanent

✔ Meaningful work improving the lives of seniors in your community

• Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry.

• Escort and assist clients based on individualized care plans.

• Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.

• Promote safety by following infection control procedures and proper body mechanics.

• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare team members.

• Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.

✅ At least 1 year of caregiving experience with the elderly or frail population
✅ Compassionate, patient, and dependable
✅ Comfortable providing home visits
✅ Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred (public transportation is acceptable)
✅ Comfortable with a 3–6 month contract assignment
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Basic English communication and documentation skills
✅ Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
