Project Assistant

We are seeking a Project Assistant to join the Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group in Atlanta. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Unitize large volumes of discovery matters, including renaming files per naming convention protocols Be comfortable working independently in databases and becoming familiar with file structure and location of key documents Assist attorneys with important administrative functions, including interacting with clients regarding outstanding invoices Work independently and with others Follow established client and team guidelines for matter management Keep accurate time records Work efficiently in a heavily computer-based environment Strong, concise oral and written communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks under strict time constraints QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree Strong prioritization, organizational, and communication skills Ability to exhibit good judgement Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional OTHER: Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice.
