Accounting Manager

Overview Accounting Manager – Growing Organization : We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic organization. Compensation Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Manage job costing activities, ensuring accurate project tracking, expense allocation, and profitability analysis Develop and maintain internal controls to support accurate and timely reporting Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff to strengthen overall team performance Partner with operations and project leaders to analyze results and provide financial insights Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business decisions Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility Strong understanding of job costing, project accounting, and full-cycle accounting Experience in a growing or project-driven environment strongly preferred Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and support both strategic and day-to-day needs What We Offer Opportunity to be a key contributor in a growing organization Exposure to both day-to-day accounting and strategic financial initiatives Competitive compensation and benefits package A collaborative and supportive team environment The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support.
