End User Support Technician / Desktop Support Engineer Field Services
Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for an End User Support Technician / Desktop Support Engineer Field Services for their Palm Beach Gardens, FL location. Responsibilities:
- The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization.
- With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently.
- This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- The position is based in the office, with no travel requirements, and operates during day.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable
- Client facing role.
- Requires good communication skill and excellent Customer Support attitude
- Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning
- 9.00 Years of Experience
